Responsibility

  • check and process orders efficiently, accurately and in a timely manner
  • create pick lists, despatch notes and invoices/paperwork for the warehouse
  • arrange shipments of customer orders within the UK and internationally
  • to be the first point of contact answering the telephone , directing calls, taking messages and processing orders
  • working closely with the warehouse to ensure all orders are shipped accurately and timely with the correct documentation
  • to liaise with our suppliers and keep our customers updated on the progress of their orders
  • maintain stock levels
  • manage the sales inbox via Microsoft Outlook
