  • ability to prepare vehicles for MOT, we look to have a 100% pass rate
  • IRTEC, City and Guilds or NVQ Level 3 minimum
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • complete effective mechanical repairs and basic electrical repairs
  • to understand the legislation regarding maintenance and PMI’s
  • ability to work well under your own initiative and as a team
  • to be able to prioritise tasks
  • to diagnose faults using modern diagnostic equipment
