Responsibility
- leading, driving, optimising and developing the Lettings Department
- maximising and optimising the rental portfolio
- developing and nurturing relationships with new and existing landlords
- actively seeking & signing up new landlords and properties
- generating and conducting market appraisals
- winning instructions & closing deals
- strong focus on generating new and repeat business
- managing a team, regular team meetings, holiday approval, reporting for payroll etc
Requirements
- ability to lead and motivate a team and people management expertise
- desire to succeed and grow within the business
- strong time management skills
- ambitious, dynamic and motivated to get the job done to the highest Standard
- previous experience in similar role, either working as a Senior Lettings Negotiator or Lettings Manager
- thorough understanding of Lettings
- ARLA qualified
- high level of verbal and written communication skills
