  • oversight and delivery of the testing, witnessing and commissioning of all aspects of both capital projects and existing maintenance works
  • the Property Services Manager is currently responsible for the following portfolio of property and land
  • generate and manage risk assessments and registers
  • the 1960’s cathedral , its grounds and car parks
  • bardsley House - a building in mixed use as offices and community uses
  • the Cathedral Ruins, its tower and churchyard
  • conducting periodic internal reviews and audits to ensure that the Cathedral is compliant with laws, rules and regulations
