Responsibility
- developing, communicating and executing the brand communication plan in line with overall brand strategies and tactics
- directing the execution of the brand publication plan to support overall communication objectives
- development and/or directing content for speaker events, e.g. symposia, webcasts
- planning and tracking all aspects of the communications budget, including handling vendor contracting/invoicing
- developing and tracking metrics that can measure the impact of the communications plan
- putting in place and updating the brand communications calendar and sharing with all stakeholders to ensure alignment; global, regional, local, corporate, external as required
- ensuring alignment of all brand communications and publication plans to the overall marketing strategy and plan for the brand to maximise commercial impact
- ensuring that the development and content of all marketing materials are aligned to the product/disease brand platform and provide/seek expert input as required
Requirements
- advanced degree in life sciences, Doctorate level preferred but not required
- proven Marketing Communications experience
- experience of working closely with brand teams in a commercial environment and/or brand/marketing management experience
- experience in similar roles within Medtech or Pharma industry
- ability to be independent, multitask and results oriented with hands-on attitude in a dynamic and high-energy environment
- excellent written and communication skills
- good project management experience and ability to work to tight deadlines
