Responsibility
- cousins Furniture are a family run company that have been established 35 years
- customer Service
- working closely with the Directors and external marketing agencies to interpret and implement agreed marketing strategies across all marketing channels
- we have exciting opportunities to join us as a sales consultant, selling quality furniture, both cabinet and upholstery
- reporting to the Directors, this person will be an important member of the leadership team
- merchandising of Displays
- strategy and direct involvement with developers and agencies to implement changes and updates to the current CMS
- as a Sales Consultant you will represent our brand and vision delivering fantastic, friendly customer service
Requirements
- someone who’s sales motivated and can demonstrate success in delivering great customer service, working towards KPI’s and targets
- A self motivated person who is an effective communicator with a great work ethic who is also willing to learn
- someone with good computer skills, who is able to work quickly, accurately and efficiently with our customers
- A person that has a good eye for detail and has an interest in interiors and/or fashion
- A person who genuinely likes helping people and enjoys working as part of a team
