Responsibility
- instructing contractors to quote on phases of development activity
- obtaining quotes and instructing professionals/consultants for tasks as required. e.g. structural engineer, building control, warranties etc
- reviewing and comparing quotations
- booking contractors in to undertake works
- obtaining quotes and plans for utilities connections
- site safety – compliance and documentation
- contractor management – checking site to ensure work undertaken to specification and timetable. Managing issues arising directly with contractors
- preparing high-level timeline for each project and monitoring progress
