- provide and deliver professional support and supervision to our foster carers
- support the development and training of our foster carers
- facilitate foster carer support groups, training workshops, online training and training
- prepare a report for children’s looked after reviews
- work in partnership with all professionals with the focus being on the child in placement
- supporting the children looked after placed with our foster carers to achieve their full potential regarding their physical, social, emotional and educational needs
- attend Team Meetings
