Responsibility

  • an exciting role has arisen within our organisation, for a domiciliary care coordinator working within a very supportive team
  • liaising and reporting to the Client Team to ensure all visits are scheduled/rostered
  • liaising with carers and clients to ensure the high standard of care is provided
  • coordinating and distributing weekly rotas and responding to ad-hoc changes required to existing rota
  • ensuring working patterns are efficient and planned logically using roster software
  • if you are a professional with experience of the care industry, who is organised, calm and pays attention to detail, this may be the role for you. You will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • to ensure that service is delivered in a timely manner and in line with CQC requirements
  • allocating and processing new care packages and assigning appropriate care workers

Education

  • secondary Education
  • driving licence and own a car
  • DBS check
