Responsibility

  • proactively find new sources of property/vendors and manage and nurture those opportunities with regular contact
  • provide sales support by fielding incoming calls, dealing with sales enquiries, booking and conducting viewings
  • matching purchasers to properties to achieve the best sale prices
  • develop local marketing strategy, including developing our prescence on social media
  • nurture and develop new business opportunities
  • conduct market appraisal appointments
  • conduct viewings, negotiate and close deals, resulting in a targetted amount of sales per quarter
  • proactively market the properties ensuring the Style Guide is ahered to at all times

Requirements

  • proven ability to manage workload and prioritise appropriately
