Responsibility
- deliver a professional telephone handling service to customers, insurers and suppliers providing excellent customer service
- answer queries from clients, insurers and suppliers in a pro-active manner
- generate new sales opportunities
- enter data on a bespoke database and maintain accurate up-to-date records in line with Countrywide Hearing’s protocol
- develop strong relationships with key suppliers and manufacturers
- assist in day to day running of busy office when required
- assist management with ad hoc tasks as required
Requirements
- ideally have good Experience of sales and customer services
- have a passion for providing first class customer service
- good telephone and communication skills
- organised and methodical
- experience of working in the insurance industry desirable, but not essential as full training given
- energetic and proactive, with an ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- highly organised with keen attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
- proven experience of working with set targets
