Responsibility

  • schedule Maintenance Tasks: Plan and schedule grounds maintenance activities, based on contract requirements and resource availability
  • resource Allocation: Efficiently allocate equipment, tools, and labour resources
  • schedule Management: Maintain the schedules, ensuring efficiency and optimization
  • communication: Liaise with teams, supervisors, site inspectors and management to communicate schedules, expectations, and any changes
  • reporting: Generate regular reports on grounds maintenance schedules, resource utilization, and budget performance for management review
  • customer Relations: Address any scheduling-related inquiries or concerns from customers in a professional and customer-oriented manner
