  • countrystyle Meats is a family run business, and we are looking for a Shop Supervisor for our Lancaster Leisure Park facilities
  • the successful candidate must be hands on, motivated and enthusiastic and can also motivate and manage a team
  • ensure our customers are served in an efficient, friendly, and polite manner
  • professionally deal with all customer queries
  • ensure goods are displayed to company standards
  • motivate staff with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
  • oversee and organise other staff members daily to ensure workloads are completed
  • ensure goods are rotated and managed with care
