Responsibility

  • sales estimating and planning, with the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
  • liaising with prospects or existing customers at enquiry stage to determine their exact requirements
  • preparing and submitting quotations, using specialist software
  • contacting prospects to follow-up on all quotations after a time delay, recording results and processes
  • order processing and full project management of all ongoing work
  • arranging deliveries throughout the UK / collections from our headquarters
  • assisting our marketing team with all campaigns inc. follow-up phone-calls & new and existing customer relationship building
