Responsibility
- to lead and carry out a range of varied activities suitable to the age range of children, alongside other staff
- to keep an up to date record of planning, next steps and developmental goals on your key children, for parents/carers
- support other staff and engage in positive teamwork
- develop parent partnerships to support parents/carers and other family members
- to be professional and a good role model to the children and other staff members, at all times
- work alongside the Nursery Manager and staff team to ensure that the nursery ethos is implemented and fulfilled
- to respect the confidentiality of information communicated to you
- to develop your role within the team especially with regard as a key person
Requirements
- previous experience as a Supervisor- Preferred
- A positive, welcoming attitude and good communication skills
- commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
- excellent personal presentation standards
- ability to work effectively and positively as part of a team
