providing up-to-date, accurate training on the ever-changing R&D tax legislation to the junior members of the team
overseeing the Analyst team, providing feedback on performance and offering support when required
providing expert advice and support to our clients
acting as a first point of contact for both our clients and colleagues; responding to a variety of queries as appropriate
identifying any referral opportunities, to be passed over to our Consultancy team
completing cost summaries and tax return submissions/amendments in a way which follows company processes, expectations, and checks to maximise client benefit, accuracy, and due diligence
communicating effectively and accurately with clients and internal and external stakeholders, such as accountants, regarding technical aspects of the claim to ensure the benefit from the claim is correct
communicating with client’s key personnel to identify eligible projects through casual, interview-style calls / in-person meetings, gathering the relevant information to write accurate and compliant technical project reports
