  • maintain comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of all our products, services and solutions
  • maintain a wide network of clients and referral partners, managing these relationships with professionalism and passion
  • recognise and respond to changing client needs, providing recommendations for continuous improvement
  • manage inbound queries from new and existing clients in a timely manner

Responsibility

  • providing up-to-date, accurate training on the ever-changing R&D tax legislation to the junior members of the team
  • overseeing the Analyst team, providing feedback on performance and offering support when required
  • providing expert advice and support to our clients
  • acting as a first point of contact for both our clients and colleagues; responding to a variety of queries as appropriate
  • identifying any referral opportunities, to be passed over to our Consultancy team
  • completing cost summaries and tax return submissions/amendments in a way which follows company processes, expectations, and checks to maximise client benefit, accuracy, and due diligence
  • communicating effectively and accurately with clients and internal and external stakeholders, such as accountants, regarding technical aspects of the claim to ensure the benefit from the claim is correct
  • communicating with client’s key personnel to identify eligible projects through casual, interview-style calls / in-person meetings, gathering the relevant information to write accurate and compliant technical project reports
