  • manage and expand our Prospect database, prospecting new clients via LinkedIn and other online networking, cold-calling etc
  • attract new clients from a variety of sectors and referral partners to use Counting King as their Partner of choice
  • maintain comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of all our products, services and solutions
  • maintain a wide network of clients and referral partners, managing these relationships with professionalism and passion
  • recognise and respond to changing client needs, providing recommendations for continuous improvement
  • manage inbound queries from new and existing clients in a timely manner
  • deliver on KPIs as set by the business
  • work cohesively with other departments to ensure clients receive best possible service
