Responsibility

  • cottage Care Services is a small, family type service that provides quality care to Adults in the Inverclyde community
  • workplace pension in place and mileage paid at 40p per mile and paid uniform
  • all applicants must provide 2 good references and have clear PVG
  • we are looking for a Full Time Home Support Workers, who has genuine interest in supporting vulnerable adults to have a good quality of life to join our team
  • we provide personal care, meal prep, medication, befriending, shopping and housework services within the Inverclyde area in the homes of our service users
  • the ideal candidate must be a driver with a clean, current driving licence with their own vehicle. Experience in care with an SVQ 2 is desirable but not essential
  • this post will vary between 35-40 hours per week, between the hours of 8am and 8.45pm and 5 over 7 days. Flexibility in the role is essential
  • the rate of pay is £10.90 per hour and £11.15 after 6pm Friday-Sunday. This will increase after review at 6 month probationary period
