We are looking for a passionate and motivated individual to join our team of Sous Chefs. The successful candidate will focus on the preparation and cooking of ingredients, and may be responsible for hiring, training and scheduling kitchen staff as well as ensuring that company food safety standards are met at all times. The right Sous Chef will also have a background in food safety, experience working in a restaurant kitchen, be able to work well with a team of talented chefs, and be willing to share his or her knowledge with other cooks.Responsibilities:Keep all kitchen tools and equipment in good working order.Stick to a tight budget for food.Plan the daily menu.Manage kitchen staff and delegate tasks efficiently.Work well with others in stressful situations.Follow recipes.Give costumers great service.Job Types: Full-time, Part-timeSalary: £12,000.00-£25,000.00 per yearBenefits:On-site parkingAbility to commute/relocate: Barry: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)Experience:Cooking: 1 year (preferred)Work Location: One location
