Working hours

Responsibility

  • this includes inspecting and repairing equipment, troubleshooting and resolving mechanical issues, and performing preventative maintenance
  • the successful candidate will also be expected to provide excellent customer service when interacting with tenants and visitors
  • inspect and maintain all equipment and tools
  • perform preventive maintenance on all equipment and tools
  • repair and replace faulty parts of equipment and tools
  • conduct safety checks on all equipment and tools
  • we have two homes in the wolverhampton area, and we are looking for a Maintenance Person to join our team to work across both locations
  • maintain records of all maintenance activities
