Responsibility

  • assisting in the design and develop control systems using PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems
  • develop/review technical and testing documentation for control systems upgrades
  • develop technical and testing documentation for control systems upgrades
  • participate in site commissioning and start-up activities
  • design, development and testing of PLC, HMI and SCADA software ensuring quality assurance throughout project delivery
  • design, development and testing of PLC, HMI and SCADA software
  • provide technical support to clients and other team members
  • lead the reverse engineering of legacy systems for the implementation of new control and associated equipment

Requirements

  • A demonstrated track record of expertise in Software, Electrical or Electronic Engineering, or a related discipline
  • A strong background in Software, Electrical or Electronic Engineering, or a related field
  • A minimum of 5 years of industry experience
  • project management experience
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • 1-2 years of experience in control systems engineering
  • minimum of 2 years of experience
  • proven experience in converting PLC code from legacy systems to new platforms
