Responsibility

  • liaising with Restaurant managers regarding relevant needs of each premise
  • building and grounds maintenance
  • ensuring statutory checks are carried out across the company - extraction cleaning, grease management, Fire Safety checks
  • keeping track of all checks and following up where necessary
  • appointing suitable contractors to resolve core maintenance issues
  • designing maintenance programs
  • researching for new equipment
  • handling development and training for new employees in relation to catering equipment

Requirements

  • facilities management: 5 years
  • hospitability industry: 2 years
