Responsibility
- we are looking for a part time Procurement Officer to join our skincare manufacturing company based at Thorp Arch near Wetherby
- the role is 20 – 30 hours per week Monday to Friday. Immediate start
- booking-in of incoming materials such as raw ingredients and cosmetic containers. Some heavy lifting is required but assistance is available
- recording and labelling incoming materials, ensuring all delivered items match their original order to a Good Manufacturing Practice standard
- purchasing of packing materials
- organising and recording finished product batch samples
- monitoring stock levels of raw materials
- monitoring and maintaining stock levels of stationery and computer consumables
Requirements
- as the first point of contact for most clients a good telephone manner and a great customer service approach are essential
- you will be enthusiastic, a good communicator and happy to work with people at all levels in an organisation
- for the right candidate there will be opportunities to take on additional responsibilities
