  • an opportunity has arisen for a part-time site maintenance operative role at family-owned, award winning residential Park Home Site and touring Park, Cosawes Park
  • employment is due to commence August 2023
  • working within a small tight-knit team and reporting to the Lead Maintenance Operative, you will need to be self-motivated and reliant as much of the work will involve unsupervised lone working
  • days of work will be Monday and Friday , though there may be extra hours available covering team members holidays and at busy times of year
  • lawn cutting, using hand, electrical or motor-powered or ride-on mowers
  • our campsite and touring guests, and mostly elderly Park Home residents are our business. You should therefore have an outgoing personable nature and be a good communicator with all ages
  • hedge trimming, using electrical or motor-powered trimmers
