Responsibility
- raising Sales Invoices and processing on Sage Accounting software and sending invoices onto clients
- answer any queries from the accountant when they are preparing the yearly accounts
- processing payments, invoices, income and receipts and entering into Sage Accounts then filing hard copies
- answering telephone and dealing with any general queries
- we are a warm and friendly workforce looking for an enthusiastic and outgoing person to join our team
- matching corresponding purchase orders to supplier invoices
- candidates should have at least two years’ experience
- paying supplier invoices and tracking and managing bank account balances
Requirements
- good attention to detail to enter correct data into financial records and recognise errors
- ability to prioritise own workload
- self-motivated with a positive and right first-time attitude
- good communication skills
- have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- flexible to meet the overall requirements of the business
