  • expedite purchasing and deliveries to ensure timelines are adhered to
  • qualify and develop vendors to add value to the business
  • negotiate savings where possible to improve profitability
  • reporting costs to management regularly
  • strategic sourcing of new Suppliers and negotiating favourable terms
  • ensure proper recording of all invoicing to accounts in a timely fashion
  • develop and Maintain databases with up to date supplier and product information
