Working hours
- full-time
Responsibility
- supporting the product in both a first- and second-line capability, including both hardware and software aspects of the product
- daily review of systems and health checks
- helpdesk and CRM updates and responses
- site visits to clients across the UK to install, patch, upgrade, and maintain servers
- research and identify solutions to both hardware and software issues
- assist customers with issues and queries through to resolution, keeping within our set Service Level Agreements
- assist with building, configuring, and deploying of servers and systems
- provide accurate and timely feedback to customers
Requirements
- full UK Driving Licence and access to own vehicle throughout employment
- access to work from home full-time
- NPPV Level 3 Vetting must be attained and maintained
- flexibility to work and travel at short noticed to multiple destinations
