Responsibility
- we are a dynamic and rapidly expanding sales office located in Bromsgrove, specialising in business-to-business telesales
- our team is driven, enthusiastic, and results-oriented, consistently achieving outstanding sales performance
- as we continue to grow, we are seeking a vibrant and motivated individual to join our successful team
- conduct outbound sales calls to a targeted list of potential business clients
- you will be responsible for making outbound calls to decision-makers, establishing rapport, understanding their needs, and presenting compelling solutions
- build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
- identify customer needs and provide suitable product/service recommendations
- effectively present and articulate the value proposition of our offerings
Requirements
- previous experience in B2B telesales or related sales roles is highly desirable
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers
- strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets
- resilient and able to handle objections and rejection
- A proactive and positive approach to problem-solving
- ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- proficient computer skills and experience with CRM systems
