Requirements

- proven experience developing, maintaining, and delivering high quality administrative and financial support
- the normal duties of the role may involve travel on a regular or occasional basis
- experience of accurately recording meetings and producing accurate minutes and reports
- preparing senior members for meetings, maintaining diaries, communicating effectively with team members and external stakeholders
- experience evaluating issues, troubleshooting problems, and presenting administrative and financial solutions
- excellent interpersonal skills, emotional literacy, listening skills and able to write in different styles according to needs of the audience
