Responsibility
- cornwall Physio is a private Physiotherapy clinic in Carlyon Bay, with an exceptional reputation for treating sports and running Injuries
- we’re looking for someone who is comfortable talking to strangers, both in-person and on the phone
- you must be comfortable taking payments, talking about money and comfortable handling any customer concerns and questions about cost
- we have experienced rapid growth in the last couple of years and require an additional receptionist, 2-days a week, to ensure that we can continue to provide an excellent service to our clients
- this is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is self-motivated, creative and ambitious. We require an individual who enjoys learning new skills and is willing to grow and develop their role as the clinic expands further
- that is where you come in…
- the right person is likely to have been working in a customer-facing environment and have a long track record of dealing with customers, answering questions on the phone and in person, and turning enquires into happy customers
- marketing and/ or sales experience would be desirable but isn’t necessary. Enthusiasm for health and fitness and for motivating individuals to make good choices about their health would make the individual a particularly good fit for our clinic
