quality assurance manager
Working hours

Education
- maintain all appropriate quality systems and associated paperwork
- undertake observations of staff who are carrying out training sessions with learners, to maintain quality standards
- facilitate standardisation meetings and visits
- act as the quality nominee and lead for EPAOs
- lead SV visits
- overseeing CMNs minimum levels of performance, case loads and completion /achievement rates
- creating and reviewing CMNs Quality Assurance Policies related to apprenticeship provision
Responsibility
- responsible to: Training Delivery and Quality Manager
- undertaking any other reasonable tasks relevant to the post
- when requested liaise with Employers, Members and customers to develop and promote CMN and attend any relevant meetings
- undertaking any other associated duties which relate to the delivery, assessment and verification of training courses and other learning programmes
- regularly updating the CEO and Operations Director on any relevant strategic and operational issues and for authorising appropriate project expenditure
