Responsibility
- optimise sales of donated stock by ensuring the highest possible resale value
- assist with the managing of stock control and rotation on branded goods throughout stores
- to step up in the absence of the Store Managers and take responsibility for ALL daily operations
- to assist the Superstore Management team with the day to day running of the Superstore
- support the recruitment, induction, management and training of volunteers
- lead and develop the volunteer team, ensuring effective communication, setting objectives, initiating work plans and helping to foster team spirit ·
- supervise the Charity Shop Drivers with weekly logistic scheduling, associated storage areas and warehouse planning
- deliver exceptional customer service whilst leading from the front
