Requirements

  • excellent interpersonal skills
  • experience with Xero
  • impeccable confidentiality; both with company information and staff information
  • general telephone answering duties and handling initial calls with clients
  • onboarding new clients to the Practice, processing data and creating engagement letters
  • arranging appointments and follow ups
  • assisting the team on various admin tasks, including ad hoc letters, invoicing, debt recovery etc
  • carrying out routine general office tasks e.g. incoming and outgoing post, maintaining stocks of stationery and supplies, office security procedures

Responsibility

  • various other ad hock assignments as the need arises
  • checking stationery and supplies stock levels, replenishing as required
