  • chef: 2 years

Responsibility

  • responsible for running the Kitchen and line managing the Second Chef and 4 Kitchen Assistants
  • order food and manage orders to ensure there is sufficient stock
  • manage the kitchen Rota to ensure there is suitable cover at all times, whilst working in line with agreed staffing levels
  • total hours per week – 45 hours per week including every other weekend
