Responsibility

  • clients met in a friendly and courteous manner and enquiries dealt with promptly and professionally
  • inform and educate clients and convert enquiries to appointments to ensure a pet’s health & welfare is maintained
  • book appointments efficiently to manage diary and workload
  • checking & updating client and patient details during every call
  • adding new client details in full including vaccine status
  • understanding and maintaining client confidentiality, data protection and GDPR
  • taking and processing payments, making sure invoices are correct and services are paid for on the day
  • booking ops and sending pre-op information

Requirements

  • customer Service: 1 year
  • veterinary Receptionist: 1 year
