Responsibility
- confidently and accurately provide quotations and estimates based on customers diagrams and requirements, including bespoke work and transportation
- ensuring all opportunities are logged correctly within the company managment system and follow them up to negotiate and secure the orders
- converting the quotes to orders and ensuring they are processed accurately and efficiently
- negotiating and cross selling with our merchant and stockists
- process all merchant and stockist orders orders where required
- communicating stock availability and expected delivery timescales by incoming and outgoing telephone calls and emails
- the ideal candidate must have a positive and enthusiastic attitude with a genuine passion for providing a professional customer service experience. We are looking for a team player who will prioritise, multi-task, and manage their time effectively
- upsell and/or cross sell whilst making the initial quotations
