- experience supporting a global business demonstrating comfort working across multiple international and/or regional markets and working effectively in matrix organisations
- minimum a bachelor's degree in engineering, coupled with at least five years of professional experience on the field described above
- willingness to work in an entrepreneurial, high growth, international business
- exposure to the entire project lifecycle of multiple offshore wind farms. Candidates that have had portfolio exposure are preferred
- high levels of resilience and adaptability, comfort on working on multiple projects in parallel and dealing with multidisciplinary teams and combined with a strong ‘data first’ mindset in problem solving
