Requirements

  • bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field. Master's degree and APICS certifications are a plus
  • proven experience as a Supply Chain Manager with 5-7 years with a focus on the EU market
  • in-depth knowledge of EU supply chain regulations, customs, and trade compliance
  • strong negotiation and contract management skills
  • excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • exceptional leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Responsibility

  • strategic Sourcing: Collaborate with suppliers worldwide to ensure a reliable and cost-effective supply of materials. Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key suppliers in the EU region
  • supply Chain Optimization: Implement and optimize end-to-end supply chain processes to enhance efficiency, reduce lead times, and minimize costs. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices
