Responsibility
- collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and effective resolution of client issues
- participate solution design and implementation of client projects, such as network upgrades, Microsoft 365 migrations, server upgrades, and other initiatives
- provide proactive monitoring and maintenance of client systems to ensure optimal performance and uptime
- contribute to the development and maintenance of internal systems and processes, including documentation and knowledge sharing
- provide advanced technical support to clients, including troubleshooting and resolution of complex issues related to networking, Microsoft 365 , Windows Server, firewalls, virtualisation , Active Directory, Azure, Group Policy, Intune and other related technologies
Requirements
- bachelor's degree in Computer Science/related field OR equivalent work experience
- at least 3 years of experience in a similar technical support role
- experience working in a data centre setting
- relevant certifications such as MCSA, MCSE, VCP, etc., are a plus
- strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
- excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders and write coherent technical documentation
- ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong time management and prioritisation skills
- key knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem , firewalls , Windows Server and Hyper-V is particularly sought
