Responsibility

  • ability to work on commercial contracts, within a team environment and your own initiative
  • work to tight time schedules and deadlines making sure all are met to the highest standard with the ability to follow instructions, specifications, and work to construction drawings

Requirements

  • hold current CSCS card with relative NVQ qualifications
  • full UK driving licence
  • other tickets/qualifications are desirable i.e., IPAF, PASMA, SSSTS, Commercial Gas
  • experience working on commercial new build and refurbishment projects will benefit successful candidates
  • excellent time management, punctuality, attitude, and communication skills required
