bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 2+ years of direct experience in Talent Acquisition to include key competencies in sourcing, attracting and recruiting technical talent
Responsibility
this position has a direct line to Talent Acquisition responsible for full-cycle recruitment and a dotted line into HR Business Partner responsible for HRBP coordination support
the Professional, Talent Acquisition in this position will interact with our leaders up to and including senior level management to fill positions and support the employee life cycle within designated business units
the successful candidate will demonstrate some experience and importantly an interest in next generation technology, talent acquisition, and providing HR operational support to the business
schedule and deliver the new starter induction and manage all stakeholders to ensure smooth program delivery
