A thorough understanding of inventory control and stock movements
resource & demand planning
strong written & verbal communication skills, numerate and ability to influence
promoting a culture of Safety and Continuous Improvement
PC Literate in Microsoft software
significant experience of warehouse management systems
2 years minimum experience of managing a team of up to 50 warehouse colleagues in a 3PL Retail environment or in-house retail environment
resilience and pace setting
Responsibility
maintain hygiene and security in the work environment ensuring standards are met
to co-ordinate and manage the activity of Team leaders & Warehouse Operatives motivating, organising and encouraging teamwork within the colleague base to ensure productivity, safety and cost targets are met or exceeded
monitor stock control systems ensuring inventory accuracy and liaising with the Inventory Control Manager
