Responsibility
to ensure legal and regulatory obligations are met
to provide oversight of the account management performance, governance standards and delivery against plans and objectives
to contribute to monitoring of customer satisfaction and collating of all client feedback including management of concerns and complaints
to contribute to the day to day business processes of the company including administration, finance and compliance with all regulatory requirements, under the overall direction and in support of the Operations Director
to identify risks – and importantly, opportunities - and to assist the Operations Director in the management of these, or preparing these for referral for action
to sustain the delivery of safe, effective, efficient, economical and ethical services that adds value to those the Company provides services for
to ensure that optimal use is made of IT systems, and contribute to the development of information systems to enhance the service provided by the Company
