to ensure that the customer journey is positive and productive for both our customers and the business
liaise with Customers, offering the best service to ensure that our Customer Survey targets are achieved
respond to all pricing requests received via telephone and email within a timely manner
create and manage customer quotations alongside other relevant departments
generate commercial invoices
housekeeping of customer records to maintain quality databases
demonstrate a comprehensive knowledge of Company website and product range
investigate and resolve customer price queries within prescribed timescales to ensure the highest priority is placed on identifying and satisfying customer needs within department guidelines
Requirements
strong communication and interpersonal skills
confident telephone manner with acute listening skills
attention to detail
familiarity with CRM systems & practices preferred but not essential
previous customer service experience, ideally within a sales office environment is preferred but not essential as full training is provided
