- welcoming and greeting customers including taking orders and payments
- preparing foods, blending coffee beans, brewing coffee and tea, and serving items to customers
- cleaning and restocking work and dining areas, emptying waste, and sanitising equipment and utensils
- learning about brewing methods, food preparation, and presentation techniques to improve serving quality
- working in as part of a fun, high-energy team
- adhering to all food safety regulations and quality controls
Requirements
- previous experience of dealing face-to-face with customers
- experience in food and beverage preparation or customer service preferred
- training and willingness to continue learning about food and beverage preparation
- barista experience: 1 year
- hospitality: 1 year
- customer service: 1 year
