Responsibility

  • working closely with the Director & PM to manage and oversee projects across Kent
  • organising materials and labour via a PO system
  • motivating and overseeing the team’s day to day works
  • managing client expectations
  • working on the tools - 1st and 2nd fix carpentry
  • fault finding and remedial works as well
  • quality control and ensuring the project remains productive and to schedule
  • foresee any delays and reporting back to the PM
