COOPER SOLUTIONS is looking for employees for positions:

it support technician

Working hours

  • full-time

Responsibility

  • rapidly gain insight into our bespoke web-based solutions
  • provide exceptional 1st and 2nd line support to users ranging from Service Advisers to Group Finance Directors
  • work closely with field-based Account Management team to assist with their deliverables
  • assist with new business setups
  • new dealer account creations in UI and SQL database for more complex setups
  • assist with Development Tasks
  • assist with SQL Database administration tasks
  • test new features and bug fixes, and write supporting documentation

Requirements

  • A minimum 2-3 years commercial experience
  • knowledge of Keyloop would be favourable although not essential
  • working knowledge of SQL Server, DBA skills a plus
  • experience with troubleshooting hardware & software issues, testing experience a plus
  • experience within the automotive industry is desirable however is not essential
  • flexible, approachable and great team player
  • hard working and enthusiastic with fanatical attention to detail
