Responsibility
- primary contact for all Franchise partner communications for store operations
- improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
- purchase materials, plan inventory and oversee supply chain efficiency

- find ways to increase quality of customer service
- drive appropriate use of our comprehensive suite of systems and processes
- minimise prescribing errors, ensuring the correct use of the Grounded Kitchen operational management system and other ordering systems and processes
- the GK Operations Manager is responsible for implementing the right processes and practices across Grounded Kitchen, at Estate and individual store level, to ensure optimal efficiency and an outstanding customer experience
- you will formulate strategy and improve operational and financial performance, including negotiating supplier contracts, managing the complete supply chain process, and ensuring full brand and legal compliance through a schedule of regular audits and FP meetings
- you should be ready to mentor your team members, to ensure success and find ways to continually improve the customer experience, implementing best practices across all levels
- develop our new, Casual Dining concept to ensuring that revenue is driven through the extensive menu and alcohol sales and the successful roll-out of new store openings, creating a flagship model that demonstrates what Best Practice looks like
- provide internal comms and management reports
- systems - New store openings / existing across all GK software systems - best practice
- manage operational, financial and budgetary issues, and prepare accurate and meaningful weekly & monthly reports, reviewing regional KPIs, labour and stock management
- analyse reports with each FP and identify areas of concern, to agree how these will be addressed quickly and effectively, troubleshooting and advising on metrics
- provide onward weekly reporting to all Franchise Partners, detailing any critical areas of concern and what corrective actions are required to address

Requirements
- proven work experience as Operations Manager, or similar role
- experience in the F&B sector essential
- experience of casual dining and alcohol sales an advantage
