  • proven experience managing and tracking contracts from tender through to completion
  • thorough understanding of and experience in CRE roles and SHEQ duties
  • strong understanding of CDM regulations
  • recognised site safety management course or equivalent
  • success managing delivery teams
  • experience in contract and subcontract commercial management
  • significant knowledge of project management principles, methods and tools
