Requirements
NVQ Level 3 Diploma – Light Vehicle Repair
good diagnostic and fault-finding ability
recent experience working in a similar workshop manager/supervisory role
small plant maintenance
experience working with hydraulics/auto electrics or electric/hybrid vehicle maintenance

coordinating and leading project review meetings with key stakeholders, reporting delivery milestones, deliverables, resource, budget, risks and quality management, etc
manage/coordinate direct labour and subcontractors to provide safe delivery of quality end-product with minimum risk to the environment
assist the preparation of PQQs, bids/tenders, including accurate pricing, cost control, etc. to ensure commercial success
act as Responsible Manager and CRE for projects
Requirements
demonstrable/lived experience within the Rail Vegetation sector
proven experience managing and tracking contracts from tender through to completion
thorough understanding of and experience in CRE roles and SHEQ duties
strong understanding of CDM regulations
recognised site safety management course or equivalent
success managing delivery teams
experience in contract and subcontract commercial management
significant knowledge of project management principles, methods and tools
