- assist with the accounts payable function
- reconciliation of monthly supplier statements
- based on three decades of producing care home management software and running homes, we know the challenges and the solutions that will improve the operation of care homes and care home groups
- processing of daily bank payments and monthly bank reconciliations
- coolCare is looking for an Apprentice Accounting Technician to support he Financial Controller to ensure that accurate financial records are maintained, financial transactions are promptly & accurately processed, high quality financial information is provided to the business and that assets are safeguarded
- month end reconciliations
- assist with credit control
Requirements
- § Ideally will possess experience with Sage 200
- § Ability to communicate confidently with people
- § Able to prioritise work based on deadlines & importance
- § Attention to detail in all aspects of role – consistently produces work to the highest standard
