Responsibility

  • they will also have the opportunity to study as part of the role the Business Administration Level 3 Apprenticeship
  • they will be office based and lone working may / will be part of the day to day
  • they will welcome and sign in visitors on site. Reception duties being a core part of the role
  • they will actively be involved in the administrative duties across the business, including dealing with all aspects of post . This being core part of the role
  • they will be trained as First Aider as well as Fire Marshall, with their role being office based
  • they will have previous experience in various aspects of this role , and they will apply their ability to quickly familiarise themselves with the business elements
  • they will assist the HR, Quality Assurance, Health & Safety and Facilities Manager with the Facilities and H&S administrative duties. This being core part of the role
  • they will understand the day-to-day activity of an office environment and requirements for a call centre

Requirements

  • experience in H&S and Facilities desirable
  • preferable but not essential CIPD Level 3 or equivalent experience having been involved in Learning and Development
  • experience as a trainer or tutor would be preferable but not essential
  • CMI Level 3/5 or equivalent experience in Management and Leadership preferable
  • call centre experience would be preferable but not essential
  • excellent communication and attention to detail
  • understanding the concept and requirements of CPD
  • proficient with the MS Office
