Requirements
experience in H&S and Facilities desirable
preferable but not essential CIPD Level 3 or equivalent experience having been involved in Learning and Development
experience as a trainer or tutor would be preferable but not essential
CMI Level 3/5 or equivalent experience in Management and Leadership preferable
call centre experience would be preferable but not essential
excellent communication and attention to detail
understanding the concept and requirements of CPD
proficient with the MS Office
